What Payment Methods Do Accept?

Shipping

Arrival time for your package:


Once you’ve ordered please account for the processing     time for each item ordered (processing time is listed in the products description) and add it to shipping transit. Days for processing and transit are counted by business days. International packages usually take 3-5 business days longer.

Shipping estimates are just that, estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, seasonal volume increase or any other unforeseen delays caused by the carrier. This may include customs for international shipping. We encourage you to order in a timely manner to receive the package within the time you’d like to receive it.


Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that delivery is available – may that be a proper receptacle or someone available to receive it. We are not responsible if a carrier requires a signature and no one is there to receive it.


NOTE: Please double check the shipping address and billing address as any mistakes could result in delayed shipping.

Refunds/

Exchanges

Products that have been custom engraved are NOT refundable and CANNOT be exchanged*.

*If a product is defective due to defects in manufacturing and or/workmanship we can accept these for a replacement within 10 days from date of purchase.

Mistakes in satisfying the order (ie wrong product received) can be replaced/exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase.


Products that are blank (with no engraving) can be returned at the customer’s expense for an 80% refund. 20% is held back for a “restocking fee”. Returned products must be in unused condition for a refund.

 FAQs

Q: What form of payment do you take?

A: We take Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express. Money Orders must be received before your order goes into processing. We also offer Paypal for your convenience and preference.


Q: When will my product ship?

A: Each item listed shares the processing time in the item’s description. The item will ship once the processing time is complete. NOTE: Processing time does not start until your order has been payed.


Q: Will all of my orders ship at the same time?

A: While we make the effort to ship all of your order together, some of our items have longer processing times and may need to ship separately.


Q: What if your product is out of stock?

A: On occasion a product may be out-of-stock and/or on back-order but we will ship your order once the product becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products in your order that are out-of-stock and/or on back-order.


Q: Can I choose Priority or Express shipping?

A: Yes, when checking out please select which shipping method you would like to use.

NOTE: We reserve the right to ship your order before expected processing time is over. We also reserve the right to ship using a different method than the one selected if the package arrives within estimated date of delivery without notice or refund.


Q: Can I cancel or make a change to the order once it is placed?

A: No, once your order is placed, we send it to the engravers/processing. While a request can be made and every effort to correct it made, we may not catch it in time before the order is engraved or shipped. It is important for you to double check your shipping address and engraving instructions as we copy and paste the instructions. In this way, we ensure there isn’t a typo on our part.
